ENTRIES for 1st EVENT :

Volvo Open Cup is being held as an individual competition. All clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated with the ISU, are invited to take part in this competition. Entries must contain competitor’s full name, date of birth. The number of competitors is not limited.Organizer has a right to refuse or limit the participation in competition. Entries can be sent by e-mail on the address given below by 21 of October 2011. The deadline for entries is 21.10.2011. Each club must confirm their final entry list on accreditation (mandatory).

RESPONSABILITY:

In accordance to ISU Constitution, rule 119, all participants act at their own responsibility.




PROTESTS:

Each team has the right to submit protest against the judges’ decision. Protests must be submitted to the Referee of the relevant event at the latest immediately after the event. Upon the submission of the protest a protest fee of 30 EUR must be paid. The referee’s decision is final. In the new ISU Judging Systems no protests can be filed against the judges (see Rule 123), but against the right determination of the executed element or any calculation error. In the ISU Judging System protest can be summited in 24 hours after subsegmen (e.g. Short Program) and before the awarding ceremony after the final segment (e.g. Free Skating). Protest must be done in a writted form to the referee of the relevant segment. Please read ISU Rule 123.


THE CODE OF ETHICKS:

All the skaters, coaches, judges, chaperons should follow the ISU com. 1433. Action against this rule conducts behind itself the disqualification of skater.


MUSIC:

Music will be reproduced from CD player. CDs must be labeled with names of competitors, club and category which they participate. CDs must be delivered not later than one (1) hour before the start of relevant segment. Music must be leaved on the music desk.


AWARDS:

The first three best placed competitors in each event will be awarded by cups, special presents and diplomas; others by diplomas and presents.
The skaters who took part as minimum in 2 events in A class has a possibility to get points and best three skaters in each category will get an award for total result after the 3rd event is finished.

CHARGES:

ISU Judging System (All the B Class - special rules , see apendix.3)
– 50 EUR per participant.
ISU Judging System (Chicks – Debs A Class) – 55 EUR per participant.
ISU Judging System (Novice & Junior&Senior) – 65 EUR per participant.
ISU Judging System ( Adults A Class) – 60 EUR per participant
ISU Judging Sysytem Ice Dance – 80 EUR per couple.
6.0 Judging system ( Beginners class ) – 45 euro per participant
6.0 Judging system (Synchro. Teams) – 150 EUR per team.

Each club who is entering 10 and more skaters can bring one more ( 11th) participant free of charge(concerning to dance couples – 10 pairs and then 11th pair free of charge)





ENTRY FEE PAYMENT:

A bill will be sent with the confirmation e-mail. Bill must be payed with one (1) transaction for all the club participants. Deadline for payments 25.10.2011. You can change one skater for another in any category if it`s paid already in period from entries deadline to 24 hours before the drawing. All the club will not take part in draw in a case of not payed participant.
Organizer will not return entry fees but the participant’s prize will be awarded to the canceled participant or him/her team. Sia "Kristal Ice"

ENTRIES MODIFICATION:

Each participating club may change their participant`s category latest in period from entries deadline to 24 hours before the drawing. All changes submitted after the accreditation won`t be accepted.

JUDGES:

Each participating Club may nominate one, at least international level judge. In case of too many judge entries, the organizer will draw the panels of judges after the deadline. Final judge’s panels will be published.

JUDGING SYSTEM:

ISU Judging System will be used for participant in A class and Adult class.
ISU Judging System will be used for Ice Dance.
ISU Judging System will be used for participants in B class ( special rules ,
see apendix.)
6.0 Judging System will be used for Beginners class
6.0 Judging System will be used for Syncro participants.
The panel of 5 judges will be used for Novice and Juniors, Seniors. All the other categories will have panel of 3 judges.

All athletes who participate in A and B Class categories (ISU Judging system) must send their planned program contents by the 25.10. 2011.
Planned Program Contents Sheets (see Appendix 2) must be filled according to ISU Nomenclature for season 2011/2012 (available on www.isu.org).

RESULTS:

The results for ( A class ) Novice and Junior, Senior will be calculated according to ISU judging system using judging panel of 5 judges.
Chicks – Debs (A Class) will be calculated accorgind Adapted Classification for
Youngsters for season 2011/2012 (attached in Appendix 1) using judging panel of 3 judges.
All the B Class categories will be calculated according to „B Group Classification for season 2011/2012“ (2nd part of Appendix 1) using ISU judging syst. (special rules).
All the Beginners categories will be calculated according to classification for season 2011/2012 ( 3rd part of Appendix 1 )

Только почему-то они у Вас только в разделе "Взрослых любительских" , а на самом деле у нас там есть все разряды от самых маленьких Chicks до Juniors/Seniors ,включая танцы.

Free program only: 2.00 minutes ± 10 sec.

A well balanced Free Skating program for CHICKS A must contain:

1. Maximum of five (5) jump elements - at least one (1) Axel type jump
- at least one (1) and maximum two (2) jump combinations or jump sequences
- only one (1) jump combination may consist of three (3) jumps
A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted.
2. Maximum two (2) spins of different nature.
3. One Step sequence (straight line, circular or serpentine).

The Program Components are judged in
- Skating skills
- Transitions
- Performance, program composition, music interpretation

The Factor of the Program Components is 2.5.

1. Any jump may be repeated only twice (2), where as there may be up two (2) Axel type jumps in a program
2. The level of spins and step sequences cannot be higher than 3. Any additional features will not count for Level requirements and will be ignored by the Technical Panel.
3. Duration of music – 0.5 points deduction for every 5 seconds in excess
4. Falls - 0.5 point deduction for every fall

CUBS A Girls and Boys (born 2002/2003)

Free program only: 2.30 minutes ± 10 sec.

A well balanced Free Skating program for CUBS A must contain:

1. Maximum of five (5) jump elements
- at least one (1) Axel type jump

- all other spins is optional and must be minimum of four (4) revolutions

The Program Components are judged in
- Skating skills
- Transitions
- Performance, program composition, music interpretation

The Factor of the Program Components is 2.2.

1. Any jump may be repeated only twice (2), where as there may be up two (2) Axel type jumps in a program

1. Maximum of five (5) jump elements for girls and six (6) for boys
- at least one (1) Axel type jump
- at least one (1) and maximum two (2) jump combinations or jump sequences
- only one jump combination may consist of three (3) jumps
A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted.
2. Three (3) spins of different nature
- one (1) must be a flying spin or a spin with a flying entrance at least five (5) revolutions
- one (1) must be a spin combination with one change of foot and at least one (1) changes of position: at least ( five (5) + five (5 ) revolutions)
- one (1) spin is free of choice, at least five (5) revolutions
3. One Step sequence (straight line, circular or serpentine).

The Program Components are judged in

− has reached at least the age of ten (10)
− has not reached the age of thirteen (13) before July 1st preceding the event

Free Skating: 2:30 min, +/- 10 sec

A well balanced Free Skating program for BASIC NOVICE A must contain:

a) Maximum of 4 jump elements for Girls and Boys one of which must be an Axel
type jump. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. Jump
combinations can contain only two (2) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number
of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted.
Triple jumps are not permitted.
b) There must be a maximum of two (2) spins of a different nature (abbreviation),
one of which must be a spin combination with or without change of foot
(minimum of six (6) revolutions in total) and one spin with no change of position
and with or without change of foot (minimum of six (6) revolutions in total).
c) There must be a maximum:
(i) for Girls one (1) step sequence or one (1) spiral sequence consisting of max. two
(2) spiral positions. The sequence (step or spiral) will have a fixed Base value and
evaluated in GOE only.
(ii) for Boys maximum of one (1) step sequence with a fixed Base value and
evaluated in GOE only.

must be a spin combination (minimum of ten (10) revolutions in total) and one a
flying spin or a spin with a flying entrance (minimum of six (6) revolutions in total).
c) There must be a maximum:
(i) for Girls one (1) step sequence or one (1) spiral sequence consisting of max. two

flying entrance
e) Spin combination with only one change of foot and at least one change of
position (minimum of five (5) revolutions on each foot)
f) One step sequences with full utilization of the ice surface (straight line,
serpentine/ circular)

Girls
The Short Program for Girls’ Singles shall consist of the following elements:

Free Skating In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2010, Rule 512 and the respective ISU Communication. Special attention should be paid to the “well balanced program” and the element value.

Duration: 4 min., +/- 10 sec.

Junior
LADIES Short Program The required elements to be skated are those listed in ISU
Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2010 Rule 511, paragraphs 1 and 3 for 2011/12.

Duration: 2 min., 50 sec. maximum, but may be less

Age requirements: has not reached the age of 15 before July 1st preceding the event.

Free Dance: 2:30 minutes, +/- 10 sek


Pattern Dance
Technical Requirements for Basic Novice competitions Ice Dance
Two (2) Pattern Dances are to be skated for Basic Novice. In accor-dance with Rule 639 paragraph 1, the Pattern Dances for the Season 2011/2012 are as follows:

#1 Fourteenstep #4 European Waltz

The Scale of Values of the Pattern Dances may be updated and will be published in
ISU Communications.
Free Dance Rule 610 shall apply except that vocal music is not permitted. The use
of vocal music shall be considered as a violation of music restriction and penalized
as per Rule 653, paragraph 1 n) (ii) and Rule 409, paragraph 1.

Requirements for the music and the costume: as per ISU Communication 1610
and subsequent updates of this ISU Communication (except that music may not
be vocal).
A Well Balanced Free Dance program must contain

- One (1) Short Lift (as defined in Rule 604, paragraph 16), chosen from the following Types of Lifts:

a) Straight Line Lift
b) Curve Lift
c) Rotational Lift

In addition, one (1) additional Lift (up to 6 seconds) without any requirement for the Level of Difficulty is permitted (provided it is not an Illegal Lift), but only the first Lift performed will be identified and considered in determining the Level of Difficulty. However if a third Lift is performed, it will be considered by the Technical Panel as an extra element.
In case a Stationary Lift is performed as the Lift with a Level of Difficulty, it will be identified by the Technical Panel to occupy a box, given No Value, and considered as an extra element (element not according to the Well Balanced Program).

- One (1) Step Sequence in hold of any type of Groups A or B (as defined in Rule 603, paragraph 3). The restrictions listed in ISU Communication 1610 and subsequent updates of this ISU Communication apply.
- One (1) Set of Synchronized Twizzles (as defined in Rule 604, paragraph 14 a) and b): only the first set of Synchronized Twizzlesskated will be identified and considered
for the Level of Difficulty.
- The Dance Spin is not included in the list of Required Elements for the Basic Novice Free Dance. Nevertheless, a spinning movement skated by the couple together in any hold around common axis on one foot (or two feet) with any number of rotations is permitted. A couple may choose to use this movement as part of their choreography. The Technical Panel will ignore these movements and the Judges will not consider these movements as one of the permitted stops.

Levels explanations

For Basic Novice Free Dance, in all Required Elements, only features up to
Level 2 will be counted. Any additional features will not count for Level requirements and will be ignored by the Technical Panel.

Free Dance: 3:00 minutes, +/- 10 sek

Pattern Dance
Technical Requirements for Advanced Novice competitions Ice Dance
Two (2) Pattern Dances are to be skated for Advanced Novice. In ac-cordance
with Rule 639 paragraph 1, the Pattern Dances for the Sea-son 2011/2012 are as follows:

Group 1: # 4 European Waltz # 20 Tango
Group 2: # 3 Rocker Foxtrott # 9 Starlight Waltz

One group of two Pattern Dances shall be drawn before the first practice of the competition out of the two groups.

Free Dance Rule 610 shall apply except that vocal music is not permitted. The

Requirements for the music and the costume: as per ISU Communication 1610

Well Balanced Free Dance program must contain

Two (2) different Types of Short Lifts (as defined in Rule 604, para-graph 16),
chosen from the following Types of Lifts:

a) Straight Line Lift
b) Curve Lift
c) Rotational Lift

In addition, one (1) additional Lift (up to 6 seconds) without any requirement
for the Level of Difficulty is permitted (provided it is not an Illegal Lift), but only the first two Lifts performed will be identified and considered in determining the
Level of Difficulty. However if a fourth Lift is performed, it will be considered by
the Technical Panel as an extra element.

In case a Stationary Lift is performed among the two Lifts with a Level of Difficulty,
it will be identified by the Technical Panel to occupy a box, given No Value,
and considered as an extra element (element not according to the Well Balanced Program).

- One (1) Spin (as defined in Rule 604, paragraph 14 e), but not more

Short Dance:
In accordance with ISU Technical Rules Ice Dance 2010, Rule 609 and all pertinent
ISU Communications.

Rhythms: Cha Cha or Cha Cha plus one of the following Latin American Rhythms:
Rhumba, Samba, Mambo, Merengue.

The composition of the Short Dance in the season 2011/12 will contain 5 Required Elements in total:

- 2 Required Elements in the Pattern Dance part: Two (2) sequences of the
Cha Cha Congelado performed one after the other will be considered as two
Required Elements
- 3 Required Elements in the Creative part One (1) (Short Lift, One (1) Not-Touching Midline Step Sequence and One (1) Set of Sequential Twizzles)

The Pattern Dance Elements must be skated on the Cha Cha Rhythm, in the style
of the Cha Cha, with the following range of tempo: 28 to 30 measures of four
beats per minute (112-120 beats per minute). The tempo of the music
throughout the Pattern Dance Elements must be constant.

Latin American Rhythms are described in the ISU Dance Music Rhythms
Booklet 1995, pages 13 to 20 (Note: Tango and Paso Doble, which are not
included in the description, are not allowed.)

Music for the entire Short Dance (including music for specified Pattern Dance)
is provided by the couple and may be vocal.

Free Dance:

а это реально просить иметь при себе свидетельство рождения ребенка, в случае неясных ситуаций? Просто была ситуация в прошлом году, когда стартовала девочка не в своей возрастной группе, т.е. была старше.
Люблю людей которым нравлюсь, наверно за хороший вкус.

Расписание точное будет после окончания приёма заявок.
Пока могу сказать,что в пятницу 11.11 будут только тренировки и жеребьёвка в 20.00 в Маритим-е.
Соревнования суббота с 8.00 до воскресенья 19.00 примерно.
